THAT LITTLE ITALIAN KITCHEN was founded in April 2008 by Mike and Therese Maisano Schneider. The Tortora/Maisano family was traditional Italian and handed down many family recipes that Therese has followed over the years.

In 2010, our business had grown so fast that we had to move to dramatically expand our kitchen area. Our business continues to grow with catering events at the HOF Balloon Fest, NFL Network,

Canton Charge, Cleveland Cavaliers, and a HOF inductee.  

Whether major corporate events, weddings, and graduations,

we cater your life’s celebrations!

Therese has extensive experience in various restaurants and received valuable, top-tier, catering experience at Brookside Country Club. This has prepared her to help you organize a memorable, catered event

whether an intimate party or a grand event! She has also earned a culinary degree.

We hope that you enjoy what we feel is the finest Italian food in the area. We retired from Best of the Best in 2025.

 

Maisano's Little Italian Kitchen is our second location and now open (Feb, 2024)!   In January 2025, a social media culinary expert ranked us one of his top 10 casual Italian restaurants for his 28 state influence area.
